Did you know that attorney Attorney Stangl has successfully defended two First Degree Intentional Homicide cases?

 

All charges were dismissed in the case of State of Wisconsin v. R.B., Marquette County.  For the second homicide case, after lengthy investigation and litigation, the charge of first degree intentional homicide was amended to being a party to an armed robbery, thereby avoiding the potential imposition of a life sentence in the case State of Wisconsin v. D.P., Rock County

 

Did you know that Attorney Stangl represented one of the defendants in a fraud case in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California which involved the largest transfer of land for environmental purposes (The Napa Salt Marshes) in California history?

 

The case: United States of America and State of California, J. D. H. v. Cargill, Inc., et al.  The result: Motion to Dismiss granted

 

Did you know that in the course of one week Attorney Stangl successfully resolved four drunk driving cases?

 

Two of the four cases were dismissed outright. State of Wisconsin v. B.B., Barron County, OWI-PAC 3rd .20 blood test and State of Wisconsin v. P.S., Rusk County, OWI-PAC 3rd Refusal .19 blood test. The third case, Village of Poynette v. T.H., OWI-PAC 1st, .19 blood test, was amended to reckless driving. Finally, the fourth case, State of Wisconsin v. D.T., will be dismissed upon the completion of certain conditions.

 

Did you know Attorney Stangl successfully defended a criminal drunk driving case where his client registered a chemical blood test of .354 grams of ethanol per 100 milliliters of blood? Result: Case Dismissed.

 

Did you know that Attorney Stangl once tried two cases in a period of one week, one a jury trial and the other a civil CHIPS trial to the court that lasted several days? Result: Won Both Cases.
